Since its founding in 2010, QMandS has grown rapidly, partly as a result of creating numerous brands, engaging in numerous collaborations, and hiring exceptionally good staff. In doing so, Sustainability and social return have always been of high importance. Partly because of this and with the right focus, our organization continued to grow despite the rather bad economic circumstances between 2010 and 2016 and the lockdown between March 2020 and April 2021. For good reason, as several studies have demonstrated that corporate social responsibility improves financial performance over the long and short terms. ‘Doing good’ in human and environmental terms therefore leads to ‘doing well’ in financial terms. We are a partner of CSR Netherlands partner and have obtained the golden hallmark sustainable entrepreneurship.
